Experience
I have worked in the outdoor education sector for over 10 years and have led sessions in everything from team building to rock climbing. I have a good working knowledge of school residentials and day visits, having experience working in schools and being involved in trip planning. As well as working in other roles within outdoor centres doing what is needed to keep them running smoothly.
My sessions are to a high-quality standard and conduct myself with the same professionalism whilst representing an employer as I do when running sessions for my own business.
